We are delighted to announce the next in our series of webinars designed to build confidence in working with the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and applying it in a professional setting. We have three courses available in the next few months, including a general introduction to the Act, a closer look at Mental Capacity Assessments, and a session on understanding the various roles associated with the Mental Capacity Act, and the forthcoming changes to the Code of Practice.

These webinars look at Mental Capacity Assessments in everyday practice, and will address questions such as when to assess, how to prepare, what questions to ask, and how to document. Tickets are priced at £30 per person for a three-hour session.

Understanding roles within the MCA
These webinars look specifically at the roles associated with the Mental Capacity Act, including some of the new roles being introduced with changes to the Code of Practice. Areas covered include RPR, IMCA, BIA and LPA. Tickets are priced at £15 per person for a two-hour session.

An introduction to the Mental Capacity Act
