Our full-day training sessions include two additional interactive workshops: the first looking at what questions to ask in a Mental Capacity Assessments, and the second looking at how to document in accordance with legal requirements. These extra workshops have proven extremely popular with our participants, and help to build knowledge and confidence in how to apply the Mental Capacity Act in everyday practice.

I wanted to thank you from myself and the students for the session you delivered on Monday. It was insightful and highly relevant to the sector they work in. The students benefitted a lot from your session and feel equipped to be able to review for their exam.
